I contracted Chagas to paint my house exterior. They were friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. Their prep work (80-85% of any paint job) was insane! They basically flat sanded my entire house back to original wood. This was my fourth time painting (this is the first time I am confident it will last another 7-10 years (v. my current 3-4 average). Their pricing was fair and competitive. The only ‘ding’ I might give them is that they are not the cleanest (don’t be surprised to find many paint chips, the occasion piece of tape, etc. when they are through). But for the value and quality of work…you can’t beat them (I consider the mess ‘collateral damage’). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I have used Chagas painting three times now. The most recent was this week. i needed a bedroom painted and there was alot of prep work to be done. They were there two and a half days. They show up on time and work straight through the day. Very detail oriented, and the job came out better than i expected. I also had two houses painted by Chagas with the same results.
